Red Supplements goes ELITE with it’s Whey Protein
Like everyone else, I occasionally get the craving for something sweet.
Usually I remedy this by having an iron will and concrete goals.
I know that any simple pleasure such as eating something as shitty as a pint of ice cream is temporary, while having a physique that resembles a Greek statue is forever.
That being said, if you eat clean and train hard, it is imperative you have something that tastes amazing, as an outlet.
One simply cannot eat clean 100% of the time without going nuts.
A big thing for me is the aforementioned ice cream.
I can eat it until I’m sick and not even blink an eye.
Now to keep a lean, aesthetic, athletic physique, this must be avoided. I’m not going to end up resembling the Michelin Man. This is not something someone involved in health and fitness industry should strive for, I don’t care what the fit-shamers say.
Man, but I sure do wish there was something healthy, high in protein, low in calories, and that tastes just like my favorite ice cream.
what’s that right there?
It looks like…
Yes! It is!
A kick ass protein powder that tastes like an ice cream shake? Could it be?
Yes, it could be.
Now I know what you’re thinking, regular ol’ whey protein cannot taste as good as an ice cream shake.
Think again, Jack.
The first time I tried it I thought I had transported to some charming mom and pop ice cream shop in the 50’s. I had to stop myself from pouring up another shake. I took another look at the ingredients on the label, surely it must have some type of crap in it.
Nope. Just quality, muscle-building ingredients.
Not only is this powder from the heavens tasty as all hell, it is packed with quality protein, growth factors (IGF-1, an anabolic hormone), lyzozymes (antibacterial enzymes), lacto-peroxidase (antibacterial enzymes), beta-microglobulins (helps absorb iron), glycomacropeptides (supports digestive health and immunity), alpha-lactalbumins (helps digest lactose), and bovine serum albumins (strengthens immune function).
Whew. Bet you didn’t know you were getting a science lesson, did you?
This protein is from grass-fed cows (you should know how big I am on grass-fed dairy products), contains nothing artificial, and is non-GMO.
It’s also made in the USA, so get out your flag and wave it proudly, you patriotic SOB.
I do have two minor gripes with the protein powder, however.
One is that it is somewhat high in sugar content for a whey protein powder, but it’s not high enough that it would break your diet or kill your gains.
If you use it post-workout, the sugar will be beneficial.
The other is the price. At $37.99 for 1.5 lbs, it can get spendy.
It’s cheaper if you get the Neapolitan bundle, and I recommend this.
This is the premium you pay for quality though, and you have to really have to ask yourself if your health is worth the price.
Sure, you can go get some mystery powder for cheaper, but what’s really in it? They won’t tell you.
Red Supplements is totally transparent. Check out the website. They have a lab report on what’s actually in their product.
Does any other supplement company do this? Hell no.
Are you willing to put your life in the hands of supplement companies to save a few bucks? The choice is yours, Jack.
So throw out the ice cream pint, pick up a bag of Red Supplements Elite Whey Protein, and satisfy those cravings while keeping your hard earned gains.
