Let me introduce myself.
My name is Sonny, and health and fitness is my life.
I have been involved in fitness since a young age, and I started my own health and fitness service to help people, like you, smash their goals.
Chances are you’ve checked around this site a bit. Can you feel my enthusiasm for health and fitness?
I specialize in helping people stay motivated, lose fat, gain muscle, and enhance body composition. I also offer coaching for endurance events. I believe in many different methods to look good, get fit, and become healthy.
This is my own, personal, transformation.
I went from a 205 lbs bucket of lard to a 180 lbs sleek machine through consistent diet, exercise, discipline, and rest, I completely turned my life around. I used to be overweight, tired, slow, and depressed. Food was my crutch, and it was a real problem. Eating whole pizzas, consuming sugary beverages, and being sedentary almost destroyed my life. I had no energy, I was tired, and I was lazy. One day it all just clicked, and I decided to make a change. I wanted to be better, to look better, to offer more, and to live a long life.
I want you to have this feeling. I want you to look better, to feel better, to have more energy, to live longer, and to live a happier life, healthier life. If I can do this amazing transformation, I know you can. And that’s why I am here, to help YOU.

Listen, I’ll tell you the truth.
Most fitness coaches and personal trainers are a joke. Anyone can get certified, and anyone can call themselves a “trainer” or a “coach”.
In fact, a running joke is that most of these “trainers” and “coaches” need a trainer or a coach themselves.
But back on point, there are really no universal standards for this field, which to me, and to many of the actually good trainers out there, is a damn shame. We love this field, and we hate to see it overrun by snakes claiming to be “trainers” to make a quick buck.
This just doesn’t sit right with me.
I want to to work to change the face of the health and fitness field, because I believe it can have a profound impact on someone’s life.
That’s why I’m not here to sell you “training” or “coaching”, those terms mean nothing.
I’m here to provide health and fitness solutions.
A solution is the answer to a problem or question. If you’re on this website, you’re probably looking for answers regarding fat loss, muscle gain, better athletic performance, or better health.
The solutions to these problems are proper motivation, the correct mindset, consistency, intense training (many different forms), better nutrition, better sleep, and a few lifestyle changes.
This sounds pretty simple, right? The thing is, for most people, their busy lives, bad past fitness experiences, lack of motivation, or lack of proper knowledge about the best ways to go about hitting their goals gets in the way.
That’s where I come in.
I offer to help you find your health and fitness solution by offering a unique blend of health and wellness coaching and personal training, something I call Health and Fitness Coaching, all online, and all about you.
This means I help you achieve the health, the performance, the body, and the lifestyle you desire.
Your success is my success.
What I want to do is give you a map, and help you find your way to health.
Through your time in the gym (in which I will give you a highly specific, comprehensive, periodized training program), weekly progress reports based on checks and balances (i.e. making sure you are making progress), meal planning (including calorie tracking and assessment, nutritional logging, macro and micro-nutrient tracking), and lifestyle education, the changes you desire are not out of reach.
Anyone can live healthier, perform better, and have more energy through proper diet and exercise.
What comes with coaching?
- Highly individual, periodized training programs based specifically on you, for you. No more going to the gym and just doing “whatever”. You will have a goal and each workout will take you towards that goal, whether it’s gaining muscle, losing fat, or preparing for an event.
- Nutritional guidance and advice, including education on proper choices. Once again, every calorie will contribute towards a goal. If you want to make positive changes, you have to start taking nutrition seriously. Food is fuel, and you need to eat to perform.
- Progress tracking and check-ins, including guidance on calorie tracking, bodyfat %, FFMI, and more. Tracking will make sure you are making the progress you should be making, no more guessing games.
- Exclusive health and fitness content including articles, pictures, and videos. Education is #1 if you want to make positive changes!
- Access to me as a health and fitness resource. Ask me anything, and I’m there. Don’t ever have to ask some random guy on a forum or at the gym ever again.

A few reasons, really.
1. Train anywhere.
Whether you have a gym membership, a home gym, just a few weights, or live in a 6 by 6 room with no equipment at all, you can make progress anywhere you please with my guidance.
2. Scheduling is a breeze.
It’s great for busy people that want to train when they please, and not work around some busy coach’s schedule where they can fit you in.
You can get a trainer at fraction of the cost online. No gym overhead, no fees, no awkward gym sessions.
4. The same accountability as an in-person coach or trainer
Accountability is the most important aspect of training, in my opinion. I provide the same accountability factor as an in-person fitness professional.
Isn’t hiring a health and fitness professional expensive?
It depends. How much is your health worth? In the grand scheme of things, a (good) trainer or coach is a great deal. Your health is really all you have, and good health is truly priceless. You will see return on your investment many times over if you make positive changes in health, body composition, and performance. What’s really expensive is the health problems that plague those that don’t take their own health into their hands.
How do I know I will see results?
Because you can do anything you set your mind to, you just haven’t done it yet, or had someone to help you do it. Believe me, the results you seek are not out of reach. It will take some time and effort, but you can do it!
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. Your satisfaction is my #1 goal. If I’m not doing my job up to par, I don’t even want your money. If at any time during our professional relationship you are not happy, or change your mind, I’ll refund you, no questions asked.
I had a bad experience with a trainer, will this be different?
Yes. Most personal trainers, in-person and online have too many clients (aside from being just bad, of course) to keep track of, hence making you feel like just a number. Individualized attention goes out the window at that point. How am I different? Well for one, I cap off my number of clients. I don’t go above certain threshold to ensure individualized attention. Second, I don’t use automated programs. These automated programs make it so these so called “online trainers” can have hundreds of clients, good luck getting even a personalized email there. Third, I actually care. I don’t see you as a commodity, I see you as a friend. That’s the difference. I’m in this for the relationships and to help others, not to make a quick buck (believe me I wouldn’t be in this field of work if I just wanted a quick buck!).
