I’m here to arm you with the information you need to gain muscle, get stronger, lose fat, perform better, gain confidence, be more productive and effective, and help you design your life the way you think it should be.
What qualifies me to help you?
Well, for starters, I have made plenty of mistakes, but I have learned from those mistakes.
I used to be a sheep.
I used to be fat.
I used to eat sh*t.
I was injured.
I was broke.
I was a cog in the machine working sh*tty jobs for minimum wage.
I was a chump that went to college and wasted time and huge amounts of money.
I was ignorant and blissful before I woke up and saw the world for what it is.
I was my own biggest enemy.
I now realize that most of the time, we are our own worst enemies.
I was once nihilistic and self-destructive.
I had no hope for the world, and I thought it was pointless.
I checked out.
All I did was work, watch TV and eat.
What built me back up, stronger, better, like a superhero?
Well I discovered a few awesome books and websites that kicked my A*S into gear. These gems helped me realize things, including, but not limited to: I need a mission, I need to look out for myself and be a little selfish (especially with my time), jobs are to make other men rich and are not needed, I need to start taking life seriously (GET SERIOUS!), I need to forge my body under the iron (and stop messing around in the gym), and that I need to man up and take responsibility for my circumstances (my situation was no one’s fault but my own).

I studied. I learned. I found myself and what I needed to do.
I got OBSESSED with what I loved, which was health, fitness, lifestyle and self improvement, how the mind works, and learning.
I’m a hardcore clean-eater, I don’t put sh*t into my body.
I better myself through hardcore weight training and cardiovascular fitness.
I learn every day.
I write every day.
I don’t buy into the system.
I don’t make excuses.
I bang my head to rock, metal, rap, and hip-hop.
I have a vision for what the world can be.
I have come a long way, but still have so far to go (Self improvement never ends!).
YOU can become the person you wish to be.
The power of the mind is amazing.
You CAN become the person you want to be. You can be more muscular and strong. You can have the body you’ve only dreamed of. You can make more money, get more social status, and have more success with the opposite sex…. You just have to use your mind and work for it!
