I started this website to help you improve yourself and become a better human being.
My belief is that every person on the planet should be physically active, train their minds, practice restraint when it comes to vices, and connect to their inner primal self. Self improvement crosses all racial, ethnic, gender, and lifestyle lines. We can all become better human beings and make this planet a better place.
This isn’t a website for the weak of heart.
The things talked about on this website are meant to kick your ass and help you live a more meaningful life.
I have done everything I talk about on this website.
I don’t do theories, I don’t speculate, I don’t read something and then just regurgitate back to you
I take action and do it myself.
If it works, great. If it doesn’t, I have learned a valuable lesson.
Take action, make mistakes, and better yourself.
Don’t just take my advice, you need to go out and do it.
A little bit about me?
Well I used to be a sheep.
I used to be fat.
I used to eat sh*t.
I was injured
I was broke.
I was a cog in the machine working sh*tty jobs for minimum wage.
I was a chump that went to college and wasted time and huge amounts of money.
I was ignorant and blissful before I woke up and saw the world for what it is.
I was my own biggest enemy.
I now realize that most of the time, we are our own worst enemies.
I was once nihilistic and self-destructive.
I had no hope for the world, and I thought it was pointless.
I checked out.
All I did was work, watch TV and eat.
What built me back up, stronger, better, and like a superhero?
Well I discovered a few awesome books and websites that kicked my A*S into gear. These gems helped me realize things, including, but not limited to: I need a mission, I need to look out for myself and be a little selfish (especially with my time), jobs are to make other men rich, I need to start taking life seriously, I need to forge my body under the iron, and that I need to man up and take responsibility for my circumstances (my situation was no ones fault but my own).

I’m a hardcore clean-eater, I don’t put sh*t into my body.
